Domino was a special greyhound whose heart belonged to Mary Freeman, AGR president/adoption director and Diana Hansen, AGR graphic designer. She was diagnosed with bone cancer and spent one month taking a lot of pain medication, going for car rides, hanging out with her hound friend Gus, eating peach cobbler with cream, and taking one day at a time. A few months shy of 10 years old, Domino, the dark brindle beauty queen, went to the Rainbow Bridge on August 11, 2006.
She is remembered in this heartfelt tribute created by Diana. (Adobe Acrobat required.)
